- Allergies, intolerances or a vegetarian tasting menu: tell us when you book and we note it with your table.
- If your time is already full, the booking shows you the nearest free times. Or put yourself on the waitlist: if a table frees up, the team gets in touch.
- Your confirmation comes by e-mail, with a link to change or cancel — so somebody else gets the table. The day before your visit, an e-mail reminds you.
- The summer terraces and the Valletta rooftop are not booked online: tell us you would like to sit outside, and the team seats you there when the weather allows.
- We do not take bookings at the bar: there is always room there for guests without one.
