On the quay in Marsaxlokk the boats come in at dawn, and by noon their fish lies on ice at our counter. You choose it, we weigh it in front of you, and the kitchen cooks it the way you ask.

How it works

  1. 1

    You choose

At the counter, with the fishmonger: one fish for the table or one each.

  2. 2

It is weighed in front of you

    The price is per 100 grams. A pandora of 400 g at €7.50 per 100 g comes to €30.00.

  3. 3

The weight goes on your bill

The fish joins your table's order with its weight and its price per 100 g, so the bill shows what you chose.

  4. 4

The kitchen cooks it your way

grilled over charcoal · baked with potatoes and fennel · baked in a crust of Gozo sea salt (+2.00) · fried, with lemon
